The Coastal Classic, first held in 1997 for the CQA's 10th Anniversary year, was a truly special
event featuring musical rides and hosting the CQA California Quadrille Championships.
Its second installation in 1998 continued to see innovative freestyle design, educational sessions to
inspire future competitors, a bigger and more diverse trade fair and some great riding. This page has some
photos to represent a small slice of this robust event!
